Our return and refund process is simple, transparent, and designed for your peace of mind.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and undamaged.

  • It should be in working condition.

  • It must be returned with the original packaging and box.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at livsenceshop@gmail.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label.

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item. We’ll make it right.

Please email us at livsenceshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A video clearly showing the issue for verification.

If the item is confirmed defective:

  • We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

  • If you prefer a refund, you’ll need to return the item at your own expense. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, or

  • You may request a faster refund via UPI ID.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at livsenceshop@gmail.com.
